Global Marketing Design Manager, January 2023 – February 2026

Led a globally distributed creative team of 18 across the U.S. and Philippines using a team lead structure with U.S.-based SMEs in lead roles. Supported marketing initiatives spanning sales enablement, GTM, demand generation, product pre-launch and preview campaigns, web design and UX, live events, trade shows, brand governance, and customer experience across 60+ international markets.

  • Led the creation of Lexmark Brand Central, a new public-facing brand guidelines platform and the first site launched on Lexmark’s AEM environment. Organized an agile content sprint that unblocked months of stalled work and produced the foundational content system for the platform.
  • Directed multi-format creative production across print, digital, video, motion graphics, 3D visualization (Keyshot), and live and pre-recorded events, maintaining brand integrity across global campaigns.
  • Led design team resources through a major AEM migration, delivering UX, templates, information architecture, content migration support, and publishing workflows at enterprise scale.
  • Collaborated with demand generation and ecommerce stakeholders on CRO initiatives, improving ROI through creative and tactical adjustments to campaigns and landing pages.
  • Facilitated conflict resolution, diversity and inclusion conversations, and cross-cultural consensus-building across a team spanning the U.S., Philippines, UK, Hungary, Switzerland, France, Germany, Spain, LATAM, and India.

Led marketing strategy and operations for a SaaS edtech company offering a live and simulive webcast platform tailored for higher education. Managed a team of three direct reports and served on the senior leadership team.

  • Owned product positioning, digital campaign strategy, and marketing automation across 60+ higher education client institutions.
  • Partnered with the technology team on a full company website launch, contributing to information architecture, UX, lead forms, SEO copywriting, and launch planning.
  • Implemented SPF, DKIM, and DMARC-compliant email infrastructure working directly with university IT contacts, improving deliverability and campaign performance.

Director of Brand Management, January 2016 – June 2022

Led brand, web, digital marketing, creative, and communications operations for a public university serving 15,000+ students, including a significant population of first-generation college students from low-income regions. Directed a team of 9–12 staff and managed a $750K annual budget.

  • Owned the university’s full web platform, governing a legacy Drupal 6 environment with a single developer for six years before driving the strategic decision to transition to WordPress — initiating the platform proposal, working with IT on infrastructure, and hiring WordPress developers to begin the build. EKU remains on WordPress today.
  • Led development of a new university visual identity guide, establishing brand standards and governance frameworks across all institutional touchpoints.
  • Directed integrated marketing campaigns across digital, OOH, print, video, and sponsorship channels, including targeted campaigns for adult learners and non-traditional student audiences.
  • Built cross-departmental publishing frameworks enabling HR, Communications, PR, and Academic Affairs teams to produce on-brand content at scale.
  • Led WCAG 2.1 / ADA / Title II accessibility compliance program using SiteImprove, driving measurable improvements in digital accessibility across institutional properties.
  • Served as Managing Editor for the semiannual alumni magazine, overseeing editorial direction and production across print and digital channels.
